To continuously deliver excellent kingdom service, the leadership and training committee has concluded plans to organize 2025 Ushers’ training.
The essence of the annual training is to adequately equip LP 48 ushers with practical ushering fundamentals necessary for growths and excellent service delivery.
The theme for year 2025 training is “Ushering with excellent spirits” with anchor scripture, taken from Daniel 6:3.
Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Time: 9 am Prompts.
Venue: RCCG, Glory Worship Centre: 322, Murtala Muhammad Way, Yaba, Lagos

Pst. Alex Okoh
Senior Pastor, RCCG, Trinity Temple Parish, Ikoyi, Lagos.
An Alumnus of Harvard Business School, Alex was the Director General, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Nigeria, between April 2017 and January 2024.
The BPE is the agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria with responsibility for the reform of State Owned Enterprises in Nigeria through privatization, commercialization and concessioning.
He was until his appointment in April 2017, the Managing Partner, Ashford & McGuire Consulting Ltd., a leading consulting firm with strong focus on Business Strategy and Transformation, Human Capital Development, and Financial Advisory services.
A consummate Banker and Financial Advisor with over 25years local and international experience in banking and finance.
He was Managing Director/CEO of NNB International Bank from January 2001 to December 2005 during which his transformational leadership repositioned the bank as a leading commercial bank in Nigeria.
Currently, he is Senior Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Trinity Temple Parish and is married with children.
The Mentally Healthy Usher
Dr. Adebowale Oluyemisi, MBBS, MFCP, (Psych)
Practicing Psychiatrist, Gbagada, Lagos
Dr Adebowale Oluyemisi is a graduate of the University of Benin, a member of the West African College of Physicians and a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. She has over thirteen years of experience in the public and private sector as a practicing Psychiatrist. She presently works in the Gbagada General Hospital of Lagos State Health Service Commission.
Her passion lies in promoting mental wellness through advocacy outreaches and trainings. Besides medical practice, she enjoys family time and takes delight in teaching the Bible. She is married and she is blessed with three children.
Practical Ushering
Pastor Nwachukwu Chibueze
PROVINCIAL HEAD USHER, LP 119
Nwachukwu Chibueze Chukwuebuka is a visionary leader, passionate about empowering individuals to achieve excellence. As a fitness instructor, he helps families reach their fitness goals while fostering bonding through exercise.
Professionally, Nwachukwu serves as the Managing Director of Lisalv Enterprises, a marketing company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. In the food industry, he is a certified Master Baker and member of the Master Bakers Association of Nigeria, Lagos Chapter. His academic background in Baking Science from Food Technology at Yabatech, Lagos, underpins his expertise in Bread Making. With extensive experience in Bread Analysis, he consults with bakeries to resolve bread faults.
As a dedicated Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Nwachukwu has pastored two parishes and currently leads RCCG Elijah Christian Centre. He teaches Christian values that promote family unity and is passionate about empowering youths to fulfill God’s purpose.
Recently, Nwachukwu was appointed to lead the ushering ministry at RCCG Lagos Province 119, a new province established last year within Apapa Family. He is blessed with a loving family and wonderful children.
Ushering with an Excellent Spirit: A Practical Approach
Pastor Magdalene Oke
HR CONSULTANT, MEGLOLA CONSULTING.
Pastor Meg Oke, is a born again child of God, a consummate professional with over 19 years banking experience. She recently established her consulting firm: Meglola Consulting specializing in Training, Facilitating, Performance and people Management after garnering 15years of HR experience as a Human Resource Professional & Consultant.
After her worker’s in training at RCCG Hope Hall, she was deployed to Ushering Department and has continued to minister as an Usher at Province and National events. She also currently ministers at special events as the Head of the Ushering Team for Feast of Esther and Partners’ Meeting with Daddy GO which is a proof of her vast experience in the ushering department.
