The Ushering Department of RCCG Lagos Province 48 church serves as the first point of contact for worshippers, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and ready to experience God’s presence. Here, ushers play a crucial role in maintaining order during services, providing guidance, and facilitating smooth transitions throughout worship sessions.
LP 48 ushering department’s responsibilities include greeting attendees, assisting with seating, managing offerings, and creating a conducive worship environment by upholding reverence and organization. More than just service coordination, ushers here are spiritual ambassadors who minister through hospitality, embodying Christ’s love and humility in their actions.
We are driven by core values such as commitment, love, order, service, excellence, teamwork, and Spiritual Growth (CLOSETS). LP 48 ushering department is also committed to making every worship experience meaningful and impactful, ensuring that no one leaves without feeling God’s touch. Core Values
RCCG LP 48 USHERING LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
RCCG is structured from National to Regions to Provinces to Zones to Areas and to Parishes. RCCG, Lagos Province (LP) 48 has 9 Zones, 25 Areas, and 88 parishes all under Region 51 and a member of Apapa family.
Under the Ushering Department, Pastor James Akinyemi is the National Head Usher (NHU); Pastor Olumuyiwa Adeyemo is the Regional Head Usher (RHU) Region 51, while Deaconess (Mrs) Lily Haidome is the Provincial Head Usher (PHU) Lagos Province 48.
We have two Assistant Provincial Head Ushers (APHUs) in Lagos Province 48 Ushering department: Pastor Babatunde Samson and Pastor Nelson Eze.
The secretary to the Lagos Province 48 Ushering department is Deaconess Osebi Ufot. She also doubles as the Chairperson, Apapa Family Ushers’ training committee and Lagos Province 48 Ushers’ Training committee.
Lagos Province 48 is strategically positioned and structurally planned around a team of skilled, spiritual and professional leaders who lift the hand of our leaders in all our ushering duties and responsibilities.
LP 48 TRAINING COMMITEE
A team of spirit-filled, young, mobile, tech-savvy professionals are carefully selected to drive the training arm of Lagos Province 48 Usering Department.
The training committees are saddled with the responsibilities of drafting training manual, organize province based training and assess ushers on training needs.
